COVID-19 Response

Customers and friends:

We have all received innumerable emails concerning the current virus-related news and, like you, we all have been doing our best to follow best practices both at home and here in our facility.

• We have a limited pick-up and delivery service for residential customers that cannot get out. This service is also available for fleets.

• Our technicians and office staff have been instructed to wash hands for 20+ seconds repeatedly throughout each day.

• Our staff will continue to repeatedly clean commonly used surfaces in the shop and offices.

• We follow social distancing rules.

• Our staff will stay home if sick.

• Offer non-contact pick up and delivery of vehicles.

• For customers not wanting to come into the building to drop off or pick up a vehicle, our key drop box is available during all hours.

• We offer over-the-phone credit card payment to avoid the exchange of cash, checks, or credit cards at the counter.

• We utilize hand sanitizer.

The bottom line is that we are thankful for the customers that we have and will certainly do our part to support all of you during this difficult time.
