If you have a fleet vehicle that runs on gas but would like to start paying less and lowering your environmental impact, visit Advanced VTech. We can turn your van or truck into a compressed natural gas vehicle today.
Once a business starts using compressed natural gas, they don’t look back. They’ll pay less for fuel and have fewer maintenance costs since it doesn’t have as many contaminants as normal fuel. That gives your vehicle a healthier engine and means you’ll spend less time in the repair shop having work done.
Because the fuel features less carbon than regular gas, your business can lower their carbon footprint and keep your fleet safe from dangerous emissions as your employee's drive. Visit Advanced VTech about changing to compressed natural gas to enjoy cleaner and less expensive driving.
CSA CNG Inspections
Advanced VTech is now offering - Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel system inspections.
These are also called high-pressure gaseous system inspections.
A properly maintained CNG fuel system requires periodic inspection that is focused on the high-pressure components. This is required by the Department of Transportation in 49 CFR § 571.304 Standard No. 304. Compressed natural gas fuel container integrity; Subsection S7 Test requirements; Subsection S7.4 Labeling; Subsection (g) which states: “This container should be visually inspected after a motor vehicle accident or fire and at least every 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, for damage and deterioration.” This requirement is for CNG cylinders and fuel systems that power natural gas vehicles. Inspection is also required at the time of new tank installation or at any future reinstallation of unexpired tanks. The professionals at Advanced VTech are properly trained and certified to provide this service.
David Hagopian of Advanced VTech is certified by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) as a Fuel System Inspector (Certificate U5816A). The improved, expanded CSA program offers inspectors the highest level of certification to include the inspection of containers, valves, pressure relief devices (PRDs), the vent system, and other fuel system components of CNG powered vehicles. The certification complies with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17024 standard for personnel certification programs.
